Touring Symposium 2017 
We're pleased to be sharing the stage with other Arts Organisations at this up and coming conference disussing the hot topic of data-sharing. 

We will be sharing our knowledge and expertise in how the Arts is currently sharing data as well looking at useful case studies of our work to date, via our tool 'Data-Sharing'.

Last year saw Purple Seven in the finals for the CRM and Data Tool Award, with Purple Seven Insights (PSi). A UK-wide arts benchmarking tool providing powerful analysis on arts organisations market and audience engagement.

Understanding Loyalty: 

Working with a leading national gallery, Purple Seven were commissioned to better understand their current membership programme and our findings have been significant. 

There was an internal assumption that the current scheme was not financially valuable to the organisation and needed to be revised; our findings actually proved the opposite.

The membership programme is indeed very valuable to the organisation, generating significant profits. We have now been commissioned to continue our work in developing their loyalty programme as well as rolling out our solutions across the organisation.
