For the Love Of It

FLOI is short for… “For the Love Of It”

The Annual Gathering of Outdoor Artists

WHAT IS FLOI?

FLOI is the annual weekend gathering of outdoor artists, performers, movers and makers organised by NASA UK – the National Association of Street Artists.

FLOI isn’t to do with finance, fundraising and getting gigs. It’s a fun weekend to meet fellow travellers, share inspiration and reconnect with the joy of what we do – 48 hours of inspiration, collaboration and fun.

Who is it suitable for?

Students, New Entrants, Young-Bloods, Mid-Career Artists, Established Outfits or Jaded Old Lags – something for anyone…

We keep costs down so that you basically pay for food which is all included so it is a maximum of £60 all in (usually cheaper).

It costs less if you are a member and even less if you are an early bird. Concessions and a hardship fund are available too.

See highlights of a previous FLOI here – this one from 2017 was held at 101:

(5 minute highlights)

WHEN?

Friday 21st (6pm) – Sunday 23rd March 2025 (latest 6pm)

WHERE?

101 Outdoor Arts – National Centre for Arts in Public Space

RG19 6HN

(Near Newbury which is near Oxford and Reading, between London and Bristol)

HOW DOES IT WORK?

FLOI is the sum of its participants. Everyone contributes something.

What could you bring? A warm up game? A bit of a show? An idea to try out? A special technique? A (party) Trick? No matter how big or small – please bring something to share.

The gatherings are informal, creative and inspiring.

FLOI is open to members and non-members*.

*You can save money on your ticket by renewing your membership or joining the fold, here: members save £10, and membership only costs £20!
